9. DELETION OF CUSTOMER DATA
In Short: We shall delete Customer Data in accordance with our procedures and only upon the Customer’s written request to hi@backgammongame.online.
We customarily maintains a user’s Data, Nickname, Coins balance and other information maintained under the user’s account (collectively, “User Data”) during the period in which the account remains active, and then retains such User Data for an indefinite period following inactivation of the user’s account in order to permit users to reactivate their accounts and/or to obtain copies of Data or records of their Service usage at a later time. At any time, however, We may permanently delete from its or its external provider’s servers any User Data maintained in your Service account, and You may also request deletion of Your User Data maintained by us. Deletion of all User Data from an account will effectively terminate the account.
10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
