How do I switch which roll I use first?

We have two ways to move pieces. The methods of Single Tap or Drag and Drop can be used in four actions: moving, hitting, re-entering pieces, and bearing off.

Drag and Drop: Touch the piece and hold for 1 second, then drag your finger and drop it in the row or place you want.
Single tap: This action is dynamic and, according to the situation, can sometimes move the die with the higher number and sometimes the lower.

What XP is and how do I move up to the next level?

While playing, you earn XP (Experience Points) for every one of your games. The number of XP points you’ve accumulated determines your level in the game, and you can see your XP on the Leaderboards. Each new level requires more XP compared to the previous level, and the higher your bet, the more XP you can earn and the faster you can go to the next level. Winning a game will earn you more XP, but you also get some if you lose.

If there are no possible moves, why still have to roll the dice?

Our number generator is blind to the game and the position of the pieces and doesn't know the dice are useless. The functionality of it is like a big public red button, and hundreds of thousands of people press it per second. It just replies with two integers. Due to its parallel nature, the number generator doesn't know what numbers were generated or will be, therefore this experience is inevitable.

How do I offer more double cube?

The optional use of a doubling cube allows players to raise the stakes during the game. Each board has a different doubling size. In the main lobby, you can get more information by touching the exclamation sign under each board.

Why the game accepts the double bet if I don't want it?

When a player feels they have the advantage in a game, that player can choose to offer a double before rolling the dice. You can choose the right option during the time window you have, according to your strategy and position against your opponent. According to the international rules of Backgammon, failure to voluntarily resign after receiving the Double Cube offer will be deemed as acceptance of the offer.

Why I can't drag the die and only the tap to the unwanted die is possible?

According to the international rules of Backgammon, if it is possible to make two moves, the player must use both dice and make both moves. If you use that move first and then can't have a move for the second die, you are forced to do that move first so it is available for the second move.

Why my account has been blocked?

If you believe your account was banned incorrectly, let us know by sending an email. Purchase issues, suspected fraud, inappropriate nicknames, intentionally hostile actions during the game instead of voluntarily resigning to end a match, and vulgar language can cause your account to be temporarily or permanently banned.

Why purchased dice disappeared?

The default white dice and all the dice purchased from the store are infinite. However, dice purchased with gems are consumable and can be used for 10 games, and having them requires repurchasing.

How do I have two devices and one synced account?

It's required to use the same Apple ID/Gmail for all of your devices and save the progress on one device and make a fresh install on the other devices. On new devices, you will get a guest account on first entry, but instead of starting to play, try to recover your account and you will see the recovery process.

Notice: You can use the same account on several devices, but you cannot simultaneously use them for playing games.

Why I didn't get my winning coins?

The criterion of having a stable internet connection is not the antenna logo you see, nor is the criterion for your victory or defeat what the offline animation shows on your phone. Your device, based on previously received data, shows the reaction while trying to reconnect and failing to receive the new data. Our servers are responsible for the final judgment without considering the circumstances of both players, and they will determine the result of the match after 100 seconds of non-participation, regardless of intentional or accidental negligence.

Notice: Hostile actions during the matches and refusing to play or leave matches instead of voluntarily resigning will lead to being permanently banned.

Why opponent's timer running out and I lose the game?

The timer you see is not live and is a forecast of the current situation according to the latest information received on your device. The criterion of having a stable internet connection is not the antenna logo you see. You could have an internet problem, the opponent moves and passes the turn to you, but your device still didn’t download that data to show it to you. Poor-quality internet will affect your experience and cause latency or incorrect data, but you can fix it by using a provider that offers you stable internet. It's inevitable, and playing online games requires a stable internet connection. Both players are responsible for their own connection, and it's beyond the power of host obligations.
